MG ZS Ev OwnerShip Review After 1 Year | Better Than Nexon EV | Pros And Cons | 

Dear MG, I have purchased MG_ZS_Ev variant on 10-07-2023 from MG Patparganj Delhi. On the day of purchase itself my car delivered 25 days late.Before purchase my car I have demo car and went to Gurgaon and car was brokedown and was toe at service centre,they couldn't explain why this...BREAKING CONTROLING SYSTEM msg show in display.Then I went to MG for first service of my car, I asked about my car features but nobody can explain and aftr that only car washed and handover me.waiting for their response I left the service center.. 2ndly again my car had brokedown the same BREAKING CONTROLING SYSTEM and car again toed at MG Noida nd for 2 days my car was in Service centre for observation... 3rd time on 29 Sep 11:55 pm we are going Mussoorie for family trip via Haridwar and at night 11:55 pe we stop for tea and after then car was not active, then Msg came... *HV BATTERY SHUT OFF* then I called RSA but they denied for toe that time they said service center abhi off hai tho morning m toe ho payegi...9:30 am car toe hui at MG Dehradun and that night we stayed in Haridwar from our side. Next day morning after toe RSA & Service team dono ne hamko koi taxi provide ni ki and we was getting very late for family Tour of Mussoorie then we took taxi selfly then went to Mussoorie...there was very heavy trafic jamm...Mr Alok from MG D.Doon couldn't delivered or car in Mussoorie...he said next 2 days his service centre off so I arrange my car in Dehradun local in my reference...after that 2 October we checked out from Mussoorie and again selfly took Taxi for Dehradun and pick my car than I saw my case bumper was damaged and nobody pick any call. Yesterday on 6-10-2023 my car again broke down on the road at around 8PM. I was calling call center and road assistance continuously but no one send any Mecanic or technical person. Even again they said car toe hi karni padegi.The error reflecting on the display again HVBATTERY SHUT OFF Somehow I reached my destination late night. I had to cancel all my yesterdays meeting and today also . I m sure not accountable for MG what financial loss I have beared today due to this unpleasant service scenario. Now I want to say thay in 2 month my car broke down 5 times & again n again toeing continuously it is very painful for us my family totally harassed & feared issue with every other problem that I shared. This issue is something which is not acceptable and life threatening as well because fault can be repaired but cannot be sure how much it sustain repair work. In this scenario I hope you will also understand that taking this car on road is harmful to me as well as for others also. After facing all these troubles now getting to know such issue is not ok specially for brand like MG. I request MG to replace my car with new car and plz check these things prior to delivery this time and also take some action against MG team, previously also I had little communication issues with them but I let go, now even I doubt they did this intentionally to my car at the time of service or I don’t know exactly but I want replacement of this car on priority basis because it is not safe and comfortable for me to drive a brand new faulty car which could burst anytime anywhere. We have totally mentally torchered & harassed with all again n again moments and MG service,MG RSA keep a finger on thee mouth and no body take any action till now...we have decided that car handover to MG for disposed.
