The Lenten Season is a time to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice and to
prepare our hearts for Easter.
In this season, Cantus, together with its musical director, Alejandro D. Consolacion, II, commits themselves to produce new music in the
Lenten liturgy.
It is in this light that we, together with our lyricist, Dhong S. Zamora,
and in collaboration with the following artists:
Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Loreto Music Ministry
with Alejandro Consolacion II, organist and Joven Valeras, conductor
Would like to present this new set of Lenten songs which aim to nurture the spiritual life of each congregation our songs may reach.
