MGA DOLL NEWS! NEW Rainbow High and OMG dolls + Bratz slumber party reproduction leaks! 

I kinda do hope that, MGA will make more Bratz releases in the year, especially if they’re going to continue the reproductions of dolls that are extremely expensive on the secondhand market, like Kiana and Felicia.

I think MGA is putting a lot of the effort into miniverse rn and probably is why the doll Market is so slow and the miniverse stuff comes out with something new every month… they sell really well so I can’t blame them

I think Rainbow High was extremely unsustainable and that it may have hurt MGA more than we realize. Its still unfortunate that they lost the articulation though. The poseability of rainbow high dolls is what really made them appealing. I think we all could have forgiven a lot of the sins of the reboot if the core dolls kept their articulation.

Rainbow High had such a good run, but it’s definitely winding down sadly and will probably be gone within 4-5 years. I’m not a Bratz fan but I’m happy the fans will get to eat well with some repos and revivals.

Slumber party is one of my favorite top 4 lines, first being pretty n punk and rock angelz and then Tokyo a go go so hopefully one day I can get them all.

The new brown eyed Watercolor and Create doll is cute and I feel like the base clothes for the purple and brown eyed dolls look okay. The only Color and Create doll that I have is the original blue-eyed one that I customized into Weiss Schnee from RWBY, and she is surprisingly goregeous to me after I restyled her and gave her bangs. I also think that the Ace LOL OMG doll look cool as well.🖤💜

So I’m SOOO happy they r making the Bratz slumber party line. I don’t collect Bratz but the only ones I wanted as a kid and never got was the Slumber Party line and the winter line. I’ll be buying this line! I collected early years so I did not care for Tokyo one. I think rainbow high slowed down cause all collectors did was complain and they r tired of accommodating and still getting shit. I also think that everyone knows if u wait, u can get them on clearance and they can’t keep affording to take a loss. It’s sad but everything is so expensive! We all are trying to just live and don’t have money to burn with inflation so I think that may affect it too. Kids will want anything though

I'm glad that MGA make a Bratz dolls slumber party doll set's I'm very excited that MGA is bringing back yummy land dolls I never owned a yummy land dog but I'm glad they coming back Angela managed to do a good job making their toys when it come out I'm going to buy them I'm so happy the Bratz dolls are back

I really can't understand why MGA self-sabotaged like that when it had the means to make this license a real block buster! the dolls were originally beautiful. If they had rectified the lack of diversity in a lasting and sincere way and if they were more attentive to quality control. I'm sure the dolls would sell really well today and would dethrone the monster high g3. but instead of listening to their fan base they continue to dig to finally kill the voluntary license it's distressing

It seems to me that mga is desperate, and I think it have some reasons. The first one that comes to my mind is monster high. Like... When the mh comeback was announced, they soon released shadow high with a similar fantasy skin and colorful hair aesthetic, than g3 came out and they switched rh/sh products to also resemble mh, with one doll and lots of tiny accessories last minute, and what makes me feel like it was last minute is the packaging being not well thought, with the logo on top of the accessories not showcasing well neither of those two, and another thing to me is, berry kinda looks like she's wearing a possible zooey's second outfit, like, same tech theming, close enough color and all of that, and lastly making rh more childish bc children are enjoying g3, and didn't feel the need to make the same thing with omg, bc they always were popular with kids. Another topic that may be the reason is the Kylie collab. Kylie is a HUGE personality, the license probably was not cheap, at all, they were confident enough to realese a giant collection with second wave in mind, and then... They flopped... But REALLY HARD, I heard of Kylie being on clearance for A SINGLE DOLLAR, but i can't confirm, and that lead to a crisis and they're desperately cutting cost to pay for the damage the collab made. This is pretty long Lol, but I think one of these, or even both are leading mga to a downfall, and is really sad seeing them not trusting theyr brands and public enough to be confident about giving us the releases that we want, but I that's just my aluminum foil hat making conspiracy theories for me
