Love your channel very informative to those wanting to migrant to US. We live here for 34 years now & I could say we that have been here that long could tell our fellow Filipinos what it is to live in US. Good luck !
A lot of people just have this expectation that the U.S. will just magically solve everything once they get there. I'm arriving in the East Coast in January from the Philippines. It's good to have infos like this so as to fully prepare us immigrants on what to expect. Thanks for the info. :)
Hi just subscribed! Thanks for your channel it gives me overview what Minnesota is. I have offer in Mayo Clinic Rochester. Offer more than $50 is it enough? You have idea how much housing near Mayo Clinic?
Great channel sir! we really appreciate it. Just wondering if you know someone who was a doctor here in the Philippines and decided to work and live there as a nurse? Getting their perspective might be a revelation to the viewers. Thank you so much
That's why you need to double your effort and find part time. I think you can do it if you are single and no one is waiting in the house though. but soon find a partner so you will not be so exhausted 😅. Ilike minnesota i like cold weather thank you sir for the reminder going there soon ☝🏻
It's expensive everywhere but at least sa US mas may chance maka ipon and at the same time provide for my kids. I'll be migrating soon, but unfortunately I can't take my kids since they aged out. I have family in NY kaya lang, masyado mataas Ang standard of living. Aiming for Texas or somewhere more affordable since $31/hr offer sa akin. I really hope hindi ako ma home sick.
I think common yung ma home sick yan talaga ang kalaban mo pag wala ka sa homeland mo. More so yung pagka-miss sa mga anak at pamilya. Thats the price we pay in exchange for our family's bright future.
Hello Rey! Thank you for the update. Ano po masasabi nyo sa $30 per hour rate for a single person? By the way, I've never been to Minnesota but I hear a lot about the State with a thousand lakes and I think it's a great place to live and raise a family compared to other States in the Midwest. My best regards to your family 👍🙏
Hi sir. Nice and informative channel! Just want to ask for your advice. My wife receives a proposal in Black Duck MN as RN in a Nursing Home 39/hr. Shall we consider it? Is the place ok? (I've researched the place and its a llblib na lugar.) Salamat po!
Yes thats pretty remote. But thats not bad you are closer to nature. I like it that way. If you can buy a car you can still drive to the metro on her day off. Its not a bad place to start.
She has 3yrs contract. Maybe the biggest obstacle is the weather and also culture shock. Have you been in that place? Kindly give us more info, pros and cons, etc. to enlighren us more. Thanks.
I live in Minnesota so its the same obstacle when it comes to weather but you all will get used to it. That place is far north pretty close to the canadian border. Honestly I like the remote area, close to nature no traffic, less pollution less crime this will probably the pros. The Cons will be far from the metro. I know a lot of filipinos like the "Big City" Feel. Thats not what youll get for 3 years, also its a small community so there will be less diversity. You will probably the only filipino family there. But after the contract you can choose to live wherever you want in the country.
Hi again sir Rey, the only factor why we can't close the contract till now is the weather and lesser diversity in Blackduck MN. These factors drives us to have lonely life there. Do you think we can cope with it?
