Hi Honey Bee. I had ordered a Lottie through that store. After the time of delivery had passed. I messaged them to find out if they sent it out. They messaged me back, saying that they were fixing it. They sent me pictures. The color on her was messed up. So I waited an extra 10 days to get that messed up, baby. So, of course, they didn't get a good review from me.
That's a shame. I'm sorry you also have had a bad experience. So many others have to. I think we need to just check them off and don't buy from them anymore. We deserve better service than this.
Oh yes I never will again I have her but my problem was another one I order she came wrong size no color a mess I order from Temu also now Sammy is beautiful just like the rest of them

Like you, I too am a boy fan. Out of my 26 babies soon to be 27 only 10 are girls 😂 I laughed SOOOOOO HARD when you started pulling out trash from his box😂😂😂😂 I couldn't stop laughing. I had a bad experience with them as well. My doll head was smashed so bad and I left them a review and they did not apologize but wants to offer a lot of discounts. ☹ This I must get. 🥰

I ordered a doll from FBBD and I did receive her and even though she didn't look like the picture they explained why I'm happy with my purchase ,I don't know why other people had negative experience with the company but my first time was pleasant and they answered my questions so I had to give them a positive review because I had a positive experience.
I ordered a painted kit from FBBD on Aliexpress and the doll was NOTHING like the painted kit they advertised. Unfortunately, no one had bothered to leave any reviews on the doll and I took a chance. If they had, I would never have ordered from that store. I agree, stay away from FBBD doll store...their dolls are awful.
Too bad I didn’t see your warning a month ago Yes FBBD are scamming buying .. using photos of artists work to advertise but that isn’t what you will receive. This just happened to me and I paid $300 for it
I ordered from fmmd took forever for the doll to come and the doll looked nothing like the picture,I told them they misrepresented themselves with that picture.
It may have been for the best that you didn't get the doll from fbbd, the completed one I got from them was terrible, wet glue in the head (still wet even after 2 weeks in shipment) to hold the horribly rooted hair and garish paint that was haphazardly throw on the doll. I wanted to return her but decided to keep and repaint/reroot her instead of dealing with the company anymore. She's currently about half done and already looking so much better.
Sammy is precious. I had a laughing fit when I saw the red tape: it says careful: glass. Perhaps they have to use "eco-friendly" packaging " as my newest Gotz doll came sitting in a large squarish box with lid, no plastic tied in with ribbons. But he was raised out of a sea of trash...giggles. Thank you about the warning, I have been eyeing this doll in like forever. But my gut kept saying I am not sure for that amount of money. With npk I have noticed you have to be careful because other stores say npk on their listings but aren't the npk official store nor the npk factory outlit store.. I like window shopping

I had just bought doll off of FBBD and I also had a horrible experience. I bought a sue sue she came late late late and then they put her in a black rompers. Now she has big blue spots all.over her. And her skinlooks like she has jaundice. Do not order from.this company!!!! I am.so upset😢😢😢
Yes totally precious.. Sammy, Robby, and Casey's smile is just to die for... and the girls are gorgeous, both dolls n dogs... Looks like a change n chat video is coming huh? I love listening to you talk and watching you dress your dollls... love your family...
