Once this video hits 10k views I'll be giving away an MGEX strike freedom gundam kit. Remember to share the video, sub to the channel & use the hashtag #itsagunpla here and twitter :) so I can get in touch with the winner. #gunpla #Giveaway
Wondering if Bandai will have a RGEX in the future to revamp those early RG kits. Not to mention RG Aerial and Barbatos are kits I look forward to, with the least likely chance of a Build Burning or Try Burning RG. Just can't go up to MG cuz they're too big for me. Still, nice work on popping out the EX on this kit. Those golds should be sparkly as much as possible.
Itsagundam, I used to hard-core watch all your old stuff, going through life barely holding on feels similar, although I'm not really good at being a "comment" person, this might be my first. You are a cool dude, still would wish I could meet you in real life. I kinda ended up falling into the dark in my life. Lots of failures and just not doing well. Mostly the only thing going on for me is doing gundam. I love to just think gundam (gunpla, if we gotta say it) Recently I wanted to go browse your old building videos cause I missed watching you and wanted to brush up on tips- I find out you finally made the channel I wanted and there is quite a lot to unpack here, already. Can't wait to really see where you grew into, hope you're doing well, thanks for everything!
This kit will be better with clear parts armour and more shades of gold, so far the MGEX isn't reaching for the extreme example part, but certainly they are in the right path
That was the BIGGEST issue with this kit the bad use of gold resulting in a poor finish if left untouched so anyone who has this kit is HEAVILY advise to seek redoing those parts to get that proper gold finish, time consuming but worth it to get that proper finish
Don't know if you would remember, but you've started me on my journey into custom painting my kits when you started this channel. You also gave me great suggestions on airbrush and compressors when I reached out. So to that I thank you papa G. Also thanks for the effort and time for this content ❤
Bravo man! Major respect. I know everything from the set, cinematography, to the piece itself is given your all and it shows. Keep on building tiny robots! #itsagunpla ,#gunpla.
I must ask why your have the trailing wires for the LED's instead of working up a plug system between the model and the base? Power is in the base with a plug at the top and where it connects to the model is a socket. I guess it would mean some modification of bits but that seems well within your skill set.
Gundam please survive... your channel is one of the very few comedy cahnlees that's keeping my sanity alive thought your own misery xD. But seriously thank dude form one NYker to another. If I ever meet you drinks on me mate. #itsagunpla
The gold you used def makes the suit a whole lot more premium looking. Def shows off the difference between the personal touch and the mass production. Hope to have the painting and custom know how you do someday. Keep up the awesome work dude and hope you feel better soon. #itsagunpla
Not gonna lie, even out of box it’s a beautiful kit, the problem is the $170+ to order it from the US stores. If it was the same price as in Japan I probably would’ve grabbed it already. Absolutely beautiful custom work though. I’m never disappointed with these videos, especially when metallics are involved.
Apart from the awesome work, what I really appreciate as someone who loves photography is how you present your work! Not a lot of Gunpla builders know how to take high quality pictures and videos of their work. It helps us the viewers to appreciate your work even more! #itsagunpla
Your build videos always put me in a trance-like zen mind-state. The music, ambiance, camera work & production are professional and holding. Thank you for all you've done and all that you will do. #itsagunpla
#itsagunpla unreal details on my favorite Gundam and the extra touch you added made it even better. Color me impressed by the insane job, keep with the quality work.
Watched your main channel for years and knew you had this channel. Never got over here until I just got into gunpla a couple of weeks ago I have two kits built so far. Dude you're amazing an I aspire to be as good as you someday #itsagunpla
The MGEX are tied to the more popular series plus a gimmick. For me, the two that come to mind are Star Build Strike Plavsky Wing with some kind of glitter or panel mechanism to reveal the RG system. A Build Burning is possible the same way to turn the blue into orange, but not LEDs due to how color combinations work. The 00 Qan[T] Full Saber with a way to work in the Trans Am color change is another possibility. Gundam Wing is unlikely due to all the HG and MG reworks already out. The same goes for the upcoming Zeta Ver Ka. Most of the others don't have an exploitable gimmick or high enough popularity. I would love to see an MGEX Astray Red Dragon
Another one of those kits that just kills you to cover up the frame with armor after spending so much time in the spray booth. Beautiful work once again, this channel does not get the attention it deserves! #itsagunpla
Nice kit but had to repaint ALL the gold parts due to a less then desirable shade they used which lacked the lustre and sheen the exposed parts needed, but other then that was nice to build
#itsagunpla I was on the fence about this kit at first but the more videos I see of it the more I want it. I can't wait for them to remake the Destiny Gundam as either a 2.0 or MGEX to go well with this kit.
Where do you live? You actually got Born Paint, one of the best chrome/plated paints on the market?!! Where did you order yours?I would LOVE to get my hands on some of those to try them out!
Great video I wish you would show more of your building process such as panel lining and go more in depth to your techniques it would be helpful. #ItsAGunpla
You should really make some tutorial videos brother. That'll get you some views. Like for installing leds, scribing, pre-shading.... With your presentation quality those would be the go to vids for newbies, provided you give decent info. I should know. I'm watching a ton of tutorials on scribing atm, before I try it out myself, and all of them are lacking in presentation, amount of info (just the bare basics over and over), and voice presence, if the video even has a commentary at all.
i am trying to find a good airbrush starter package like everything you need. air tank/etc. it’s over whelming i can’t tell what is worth it and what is junk. i don’t want to spend thousands but i want something that will not be junk either
