Two points. 1)This diss track is so dope and so disrespectful, Eminem can't just let it slide. He has to clap back or he would look weak af. That's already a win for MGK. 2)Since this is one of the greatest diss tracks of all time, it puts MAJOR pressure on Eminem. Eminem's clap back can't just be good...and it can't just be great. His clap back has to be GOAT-level or he takes a L. ESPECIALLY since he calls himself the "rap god" and just released an album basically saying today's hip-hop artists are trash. It would be a helluva bad look for the "rap god" if he takes a L from one of the mid-level rappers in the hip-hop game today.

But he is mid-level when you consider the lack of hits, number of units sold, people’s general perception of him before this diss track, and the fact that most rap fans weren’t feeling his music before this diss track. My main point is that MGK was not considered a “big fish” when the disses started between him and Eminem.

+tommi6 - I feel you on that. MGK is talented enough to be a headliner. I think the only reason he isn't a headliner is because Eminem has been blocking his come-up. That's why the Rap Devil diss is such a genius move. MGK used it to flip Eminem's power play against him. He outed Eminem AND he's proven that he can spit bars well enough to give Eminem a respectable battle. It doesn't matter who wins the beef now. MGK took away Eminem's ability to block his come-up going forward. And I think that had to have been one of his goals.

MAJEED HD - We need to be consistent. Pusha T's "Story of Adidon" diss dropped about a week before the debut of Drake's Scorpion album. That's the worst time to respond to a diss track. But that didn't stop people from killing Drake when he didn't respond to the diss within 48 hours. He was getting crushed by the Hip-Hop community well before J Prince deaded the beef. Eminem doesn't have any excuse. His album has already dropped, AND the album he dropped was all about stirring shit up against the current generation of hip-hop artists. You can't shoot shots at current artists, then take your sweet time to respond when one of those current artists bodies you with a diss track.

During watching kellivision season 7 there is an episode where Ashley is screaming at him for falling off with bad drugs night before. There are things in his new music that makes this mom worry.
