Fun fact: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon didn’t reply after this and they broke off their wedding. Also, Nick Cannon is forever tormented on Wildin’ Out now cuz of this 😂😂 GG Em.
JunkFood Junkie haha ok buddy. Keep living in your fantasy world . Mariah is a shell of what she was. And you talking about fighting in the comment section you started it. Go listen to Mariah and get out of here
Also only 18mil views ‘cause the vid shaq was playing is only one of many with this track, some with lyrics. Em never made an official video for this track, if he had, the views would be more consolidated and waaaay higher.
I’ve been watching reaction channels for a while. And you and LawTwinz are my favorite. You both actually listen to the lyrics instead of bobbing their head and say “this is good”. It’s a real reaction. Keep it up
@Rebecca H this comment is slightly off-point from OP but relevant to what you said, (and sorry for the essay lol)... it's just those of the new generation that are so used to everything being at their fingertips. It's like you said, music is released so frequently now, but that's across all genres, not just hip hop. So if you didn't hear something straight away apparently you're not a real fan? There's no logic in that. A fan is someone who appreciates the music, regardless of the time from it's release. Things get "old" quickly now because new stuff is released all the time. But there are plenty of "hip hop heads" that will go back and appreciate the older music. I'd say most mumble rap/newer fans are really naive and can't respect/appreciate the roots of hip hop because of the huge difference in lyrical content in the mainstream across the decades up until now.
People dissed by Eminem..... In no specific order... Insane clown posse Everlast NSYNC Ja Rule Mariah Carey Christina Aguilera Brittany Spears Will Smith Micheal Jackson (RIP) Christoper Reeves (RIP) Benzino Canibus Limp Bizkit Justin Timberlake Nick Cannon J Lo Khloe Kardashian Kim Kardashian Moby Lady GaGa Chris Kirkpatrick Machine Gun Kelly RIP to you all And possibly some I have missed....
"That's what he says to himself as he uses his magazines to trash me as he sits with both feet up at his desk." Benzino was the owner or Source magazine so he is going at Benzino in the first verse. But like you said @Dale Dowden , It's a hard track regaurdless.
My favorite line from Eminem is on this track "This is what the fuck I do." He built his skill through battle rapping. I feel sorry for anyone who forgets that fact.
Yes I also thought it was from a phone call. Em always talked about releasing the voicemails he had of Mariah. I just assumed her voice was from that. Would love to know if its otherwise.
@Brianna Jones I know that and Mariah denied seeing Em that's why Em made Bagpipes from Baghdad and then followed by The Warning as a response of Obsessed by Mariah
Me too. In the day and age where u can't say anything without offending somebody, it's refreshing to hear a guy say exactly what every other guy is thinking.
I know this song by heart... I attended this funeral on day 1 !! Glad U are reacting to this, I love watching your reactions. I'm a Stan 😁😄😃 And U are right "Obsession" was about EM.
Listen, the best dis track Eminem ever released was "the sauce". No one out off all this drama going on has even mentioned that Eminem went against the whole staff from the source magazine. And all the critics that are trashing him now on podcast are doing the same thing that the source magazine was doing in that decade. Eminem has been battling his whole life!!! All I hear is who did em actually battle. EVERYONE WHO CAME AT HIM. And all the critics Please do the song the sauce!!!! It's absolutely the hardest dis track he ever produced!!!
@@nimeshchokshi1921 What's going on right now in the new climate of social media, is exactly the equivalent of what was going on at the turn of the century 20 years ago in news articles and magazines. Eminem has been battling for respect since he came on the scene. Nobody wanted to give him that respect then, and they're trying to strip him of his accolades now. Because they would be damned to give him his respect now. Joe Budden is Benzino 2.0
That track was fire bro... Somebody please tell whoever braids his head, that I am not afraid of this fucking waste of led, on my Pencil.. for me to write some shit this simple 🔥🔥🔥
Yo Shaq: What Eminem is trying to say by "two CD's in the same slot" is to describe the time when Louis Miguel had just broken up with Mariah and she started dating Eminem. She was kind of "in between" these two guys at that time. Hence the frisky allegory. :)
7:12....MIND BLOWN..... the reason why i love this channel..and the reason why you blowin up.... watch shaq and you gettin the god honest reaction... Shaq dont sugar coat nothing .. always keepin it 100 .
shaq my mom's fed up with me laughing with my headphones watching ur reactions all day. thanks for putting up this channel! xD and you stopped at 6:57 i thought cause you heard your son screaming hehe
Dude you're reactions are priceless. I really enjoy and respect that you understand lyrics. Every other person who does reactions dont even understand most of the lyrics
Shaq I swear you are are the G.O.A.T on these reaction videos, you have me cracking up your laugh is contagious! Best reactions ever and I love the fact that you shout out other RU-vidr's to help them get subs you want everyone to eat #salute #nolifegang
He's the only real reaction worth checking who does UK reaction he actually gives u reactions not just head bopping which is boring. He's brings personality.
"Is her and Ja rule in here together?" haha big up from Sweden man! Btw, there are a lot of old battles with Eminem here on youtube, would love to see your reaction on those if you havn't watched them yet. Peace
Warning was one of the best disses he ever did. The source he went against heaps of people at once and that was why that was so powerful. But he absolutely goes in on this diss
Shaq, I'm 49 & came up in Houston, TX & with Em's music as well as other legends like NWA etc. The past year or so I've found myself in convo's where I end up having to try to explain the genius of Em's lyrics to a 20-something, to the point of frustration. I really began to lose hope for those coming up & their appreciation & understanding of well-crafted lyrics & music. May sound strange, but for me I felt sad & bummed out from witnessing the 'dumbing-down' of America's youth first hand & in my face. Not pleasant, bro. Then, I stumbled on reaction videos, obviously late to the party (told ya I'm 49). But, people like yourself doing these reactions, who have an obvious passion & appreciation for bars, punchlines, metaphors & entendre, has shown me that 'they' def did not get all of y'all. Whether you like art or not, in any of its forms, it is far too important to society to allow it to become trash or worthless. I thought Em was trippin' when he dropped Kamikaze & had the same thought Royce says in the video for 'Fall'. 'Man, he's gotta stop looking at that shit.' Then I watched 'Fall' and knew from the second the shadow came up that Shady was back. After one listen to Fall I bought the album & I realized Em felt, at least in part, the same as I did with Hip/Hop today & how frustrating it's been to watch great art turn into mediocre crap. Sorry for the length, but thank you.
yea when Em is mad he brings out shady... on the MGK diss he was cool calm but still brought bars... i hope MGK gets him mad and let em bring out shady
in my opinion Em just threw some jabs to remind MGK who he trying to diss ....but those few jabs had some hidden stuff i literally had to break it apart ... even the title had me saying wow
Stefanie Williams for real people have liked MGK the most cause supposedly he had a better beat and all that but I guess they don’t know what a real diss song is 🤷🏻♂️😂😂
@Colton Moore how is it "Whack" what because the Beat is different to what he normally does? Because the lyrics are fucking pukka and cut deep on that little wide boy.
Here's a list of diss tracks that I liked.... EM Hailies Revenge (ja rule diss) Nas-Ether(Jay Z diss) 50- Cent Piggy bank (Ja rule, Game diss) EM-Nail in a coffin (*Benzino diss) 2-Pac (Biggie & East Coast) Hit em up Jay Z-Takeover (Nas diss) *Ice CubeNo Vaseline(NWA diss) 50 cent Back down(ja rule diss) EM Girls(limp bizkit diss) EM The sauce(benzino diss) EM, DMX, Obie Go to sleep (ja rule diss) DMX Get at me dog(they say this is a 2pac diss, he says something at the end that made a lot of people think that) 50 cent Back Down(ja rule diss) **ADD: DMX freestyle "I shot ya" (2pac & west coast)
@@jarellmabe9407 They say, Get at me dog was written years ago & was an underground track that was re-written when PAC died... I actually forgot to mention the DMX freestyle track "I shot ya" that is a diss at PAC & the west coast
Shaq said “we on our way to 200k” (bar right there). Fast forward to today: 3.58 MILLION AND met Eminem. We love and support you just for being you! 👏 👏 👏
Say man , I know this old. But I was looking back at shaqs reaction to this, and honestly I appreciate how shaq gives em the credit he deserves. Em didn’t get that for years my guy! #barology Eminem created it!!🙏🏼
