Looks good but $32 for fried chicken, wow. Definitely worth a try, at least once. Good thing it tasted good. When Derek's eyes roll back into his head you know it's good.👍

Prices are pretty high for the amount of fried chicken you get, but if the taste and flavor is way better than the local chicken joint, then it's gotta be worth it!! Great video as always

Everything looked delicious. Thanks for showing us such a variety of menu options. Derek’s expression while tasting the fried chicken and pudding made me smile lol. Price seemed quite reasonable for the amount of food you ordered. I like it when Catherine gives us a detailed descriptions of menu items.

Some people DON'T realize that VEGAS prices reflect the high cost of doing business there while supermarkets can charge 10 dollars for 8 pieces of fried chicken like I buy.........Sometimes they are big and juicy while often they are small and very dry and chewy.......I wouldn't buy them if I could afford something better........So Derek and Catherine, enjoy that chicken that looks so juicy and tasty.......

My wife and I ate at Nellie's when we were there last month , I'm pretty sure we sat at that exact table lol. I had the shrimp and grits and they were amazing, my wife had the catfish which was really good as well. She had never eaten it and was feeling adventurous. 😊

I'm from the South and that looks spot on! They must have a Southern mama in the kitchen!😂 Comfort food is the best. The dumplings should be thinner and not globs of dough, but I'll bet they were tasty. Love your reviews, they make me hungry though😂

Wife and I ate at Nellie’s at the end of April and we loved it. Funny thing is that you to ate at the exact table we had. Just to the left of the stage right in front of the two seat date tables.

I was there last Thursday. Had the delicious Southern rolls. The fried chicken was moist and full of flavor. Mac and cheese was perfect as were the greens. Banana pudding for desert. All were perfect

All this food looks delicious, but the quantity of sodium, fat, and calories is probably off the charts. The Western diet is very different from other parts of the world, where fruit and vegetables are the majority of food eaten. It's too easy to eat unhealthy in the US. Even Wendy's has removed the "side salad" from the menu.

Went to Nellie's in NC. It was delicious!My husband and I tried the biscuits and gravy for our appetizer which was delicious. For our entrees, my husband got a Cajun chicken dish and I got the Chicken and Waffles. I've had a lot of Chicken and Waffles in my lifetime and these were good. The waffles were a bit hard for my taste but the chicken was so moist and flavorful!

Hey you guys, I have missed you. That chicken with dumplings looks so good! All this does make me want to get some fried chicken when I go to Las Vegas at the end of June. I tend to go to the north end of the strip so it would be a special trip for me to make it all the way to the MGM. Thanks for trying the extras. Sweet potato and the corn, Yes!

I ate at this restaurant shortly after it opened about a year ago. Overall, at the time, I thought everything was under seasoned but well prepared. The biscuits are a complete skip, which automatically knocks a Southern restaurant down 2 pegs. I don’t think the value was there for my trip, but if they fixed the seasoning issue (a real possibility after a year of adjusting for desert conditions) then it might be worth the trip. My only other complaint is the layout, which has a big wall blocking off the stage and if you’re at one of those tables and someone is performing you can’t see them.

That's a good sized order (4 pieces) and 2 sides, but that's not $32 worth. I'm think 24 - $26 would be more like it, even at Vegas prices. The chicken & dumpings looked good.
