In our state nagaland there are so many media person or many RU-vid reporter's channel, but the public is very concerned in HornbillTV, so this is my little humbled suggestions, please appoint one person each in every district for HornbillTV in order to voice out for the public, n also to cover up every village n district Sub-divisio.
This is our naga mentality firstly we always think of money only, firstly we have to try the work, if we effort a good services to the public, definitely subscribers will increase n monthly revenue will grow.
Yes , the job card should be with beneficeres, it should not with VDB or councial chairman , i have name list in job card at my village,but i have never seen even my job card photo or color. So better to get this benifit to all beneficeres..
When the Government of India send money to the MNREGA JOB CARD THROUGH THE BLOCK DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (if iam not mistaken) in their Account number, but THEY Village council asked them to return back the money they have received from the MNREGA .IF THE MONEY IS FOR THE PERSON WHO RECIEVED THROUGH THEIR OWN ACCOUNT NUMBER, THEN WHY THE COUNCIL IS ASKING THEM TO HAND OVER THE MONEY TO THEM.
@@tomas-rh6rkas per my knowledge, after retrieving the money from all the beneficiary, the VDBs spend it on drainage, culverts, roads and different types of developmental work. When we analyze practically our daily local hajara/wages is around ₹800/700 + food to be provided by the owner, and along with tea and snacks, at the end the expenditure goes around 1000plus. Where as in MNEREGA SCHEME, the laborer gets only 224₹ which include nothing. So practically saying, are we ready to take up the labor work with that minimum money? I think many will not do so. On the other hand if the money goes in a developmental work of the village than I guess nothing is wrong, after all its the village which will be getting all the development, and though directly or indirectly if the village is benefitted that means public is benefitted. Jus my opinion.
Rural Development Department is one of the most corrupt departments in Nagaland. The files are too corrupted that it will be very difficult to even crack it open. Media can come forward in this manner time to time. This might somehow shiver the department officials.
If beneficiary is withdrawn the money then most village councils asks to return by threatening that you will not get from the other developmental fund if not return.
One day they will get into some big problem. Just watch the people who R taking the public money N building RRC, BUYING THE LATEST MODEL CAR'S BUT U SEE THAT THEY CAN'T LIVE IN THAT HOUSE FOR EVEN A DAY,
It's only 3years for VDB.. but. Each year building if not vehicle or purchasing of land if m not mistaken 90% are the same hardly some are faithful.. but, beneficiarys started to get in their own account so,, don't worry.
Department and officials starting from the Minister too. Our present RD Minister had huge corruption charges against him but the group going after Ministers and corrupted officials were forced to shut down.

If you are a genuine JC holder, you should link your JC with aadhar and bank account. 100 days is not guaranteed unless a beneficiary demands for work. Minimum 15 days and a maximum of 100 days. The beneficiary is entitled to get work within 15 days. If not, the beneficiary is entitled for unemployment allowance. Please be aware of the entitlements and guidelines

I appeal to the central gov, and state gov. If possible remove all Mgnrega beneficiaries and re- registrate, coz, of many proxy are in this mgnrega schemes and also no deletion of deaths found in this scheme. And most of the eligible person are waiting for registration.
Job card should strictly issue to those unemployed person. Present context it's hard to find honest person from bottom to top in our state so called Nagaland for Christ . Long live Nagaland

Job card holders should have been for living persons only as it o served many expired since ten fifteen years are getting the wages All bogus card holders checked and should identify where the money goes for so long and who holds responsible Kindly verify
I am so glad this is coming to light, even my father's name was found in the list but the bank account the money shows credited to doesn't belong to anyone in my family. And this is the case with several other villagers. We got to know about the money only after the monthly rice distribution was denied to those who haven't returned the so called 'Ghost' money back to the council. We verified with the our bank first and got the statements for 3 years. But there was non through this scheme, only then we re verified the bank account and it doesn't belong to us.
Ungma Village in Mokokchung i heard the Job Card Holders Bank Passbook are all seized by the village Councils how far is it true. If its true file an RTI.
I think its not just the council involved, i think they hv been ordered by the concerned dept to collect and keep the card with them and whatever the fund provided will be distributed between the dept and the council only. Cuz Centre releases the fund from time to time but for the past 7-8 years no money has been credited into the job card holders account.
As a concerned person from village, Mgnrega has not impact in village, it's a lost to economy. Better to develop agriculture, medical and education in village Development will follow.. In my area we are not even allow to keep job card with us. And when we try to question them why they try to avoid us. And not all the job card holder get the money just some selective they get the money that also the chairman/incharge asked 60% of the amount we received by giving their unwanted excuses.
RD dept need to be investigated but police is numb on this aspect of open corruption perpetuated by the department. I hope police and dept are not hand in gloves.

Department laga share, BDO laga share and VDB laga share is the reason for all these corruptions. From Head to Toe, RD department is one of the most corrupted department where it's officials are involved in open corruption starting from the Present Minister. Until and unless the disease of corruption is eliminated, villagers will always face problems. One more interesting fact is that women officals in RD department seems to be the most corrupted ones🤣🤣....
Actually in my hometown those who have job card holder they received in their own account but after VDB & council members they will tell withdraw half of the payment. And they took. What public should do to solve this issues
More than 10 years ago We were called to gather in a VDB member house. Took our details captured our photo but till now we have neither received job card nor any wage. Village name is industrial village Razhuphe, Dc office area dimapur
