MGSV - Mission 18 - How to extract the kids the easy way. (NO FULTONS ON THE KIDS)

Follow the instructions in the video and should be able to complete the mission without having to go through that horrible valley sequence.
TEXT INSTRUCTIONS:
-Do the capture or killing of the previous target in the area down the hill. You can fulton them if you need to.
-Work your way up to the area in the video, and completely clear it out. There will be some guys in the valley below, you don't need to worry about them.
-Take out the helicopter above if it's there.
-DESTROY THE ANTI-AIR DISH! You can't land the chopper there otherwise.
-Free the kids.
-Use tranqs on the kids and move them below the helicopter landing spot. Shoot them again after you moved them all to stop them from waking up.
-Call the helicopter and put them on it.
This wasn't intended to be an S-Rank strategy (Use the fultons with the +CHILDREN for that), but I managed to get one anyway.

Destroy the Anti Air Radar and then call chopper inside the mine

If we don't destroy the anti air radar will our chopper not come inside the location it came in this clip? Or you, anti air radar must be destroyed so that enemy chopper don't find and attack our chopper?

@@shaggy14780 if we destroy it then it is possible for our chopper to land near us means that it'll open a way for our chopper to land

Nah, I absolutely loved the valley sequence, it really got my heart pumping !! The kids almost getting spotted by a second by soldiers the first time and by the ATTACK CHOPPER in the second time almost giving me a heart attack 😂, and then after getting the 4 kids out realizing that I left the wounded kid almost 400 metres behind and then having to go back through the valley arriving mere seconds before two soldiers were about to discover where I hid him, killing them both and taking the kid all the way back to a second extraction chopper all without getting spotted.

I took out all the soldiers😂😂 before extracting the kids😂 and I destroyed their radar😂

Lol i just extracted the injured kid and left the others to die. Fuck replaying it though i got an s rank so im happy with that.

thanks, the ai on these kids are terrible, always trail 100m behind me no matter what, and only start approaching me when I'm at lz. Even then, would it kill you to run straight towards me, instead of ducking behind every single rock along the way?

Im gonna try this method, i just got the kids out of the cell. I tried to take them down the river but got caught . That chopper chewed me up good

If you're going for No Traces, I throw the injured kid at the others to knock them out if I want to rescue all of them, but you only need to save one.

@@spurnd you can use the tranquilizer on them. It doesn’t count as a weapon because it’s non-lethal.

@@spurnd as a matter of fact, you can use any stun type weapon to knock them out. Including a shotgun.

that's a good way. i remember for me. i think you can put them in the 4 seat vehicle i called for a drop zone and that's what happened lol while you carry and then fulton them. i think that's what i did. lol

Spoiler: you only have to take one kid to the chopper to finish the mission. Take the one that cannot walk and put the others to sleep in the mine and then escape.

Tip:find dd or deafet quit for support dd and quiet can detec enemies but i recommend you not using quiet on hard mission

what?????? Isn't u clear the whole base then call the chopper to pickup them? No way the chopper land without enemy attention

If you clear out that area and previous area, the only enemies left should be the ones down in the valley. They can shoot up the chopper a bit, but if you have armour it should be fine. Landing the chopper there requires you to take out the AA dishes.

Just some ideas to make your game play a little easier . I only play the missions only at night . Have you develop the warm hole extraction ? After track the kids with the silent sleep gun , than warmhole extract them in the cave . Leave the gate locked . Than extract your self via the helicopter again at night time only . Game games and have fun

Taunt Party The worst way for sure is the first option, running to the enemy trying to not get caught, needing to keep an eye constantly on the kids, the way shown in the video IRL would be the best
