the tailcut at 11:11 is probably either a late damage check OR! Your palico hit it wiht a ranged sever attack (the projectiles are pretty small and dont always show up)
Your friend sounds like he would fit right into a Dr.Katz episode. Please check it out one day its a classic and your friend has the perfect voice for the show. Lol
you can just jump all 3 sets of vine if you don't know , you don't need to climb any vines and it won't drop the egg at all , i solo the entire thing while going back to camp 1 xD
i didn't know and even being told still kinda doubt it since one of them is such a long fall that my character staggers and falls to the floor for a few seconds upon landing
You've taken long way from the nest. I normally climb down vines inside the tree, go down with water flow than left to the area with wingdrakes and reach camp from that side
@@da1ace werent you the one leading him next to the Kedachi nest? 🤔 A. Forest is fun to explore but it is confusing at times. Figuring out shortest path to places (without scoutflies) is a good skill to develope. Im glad your Risebreak friend is having fun as a fiverr :)
@@herenaakuma85 ace is actually my brother and has no connection to this video XD. i know my way around ancient forest better than most, but im not perfect at it either lol
I'll be honest I struggle to tell your voices apart and who's who, so maybe some visual sign would help. Maybe "B" for bison gaming and "A" for Anthony and have them different colors for aesthetic.
I'll think of some kinda solution. maybe its just cause ive known him for my whole life but that's not an issue i have or would have even thought about
if thats really the only reason Id still suggest checking it out, the rampage mechanics are almost entirely ignorable as there are only 3 required rampage quests in the game, and the mechanic as a whole was scrapped in its entirety in the expansion so it doesn't exist in master rank
4:58 How can you prefer the normal handler, she is the most annoying character in the game. I seriously wish you could set the other handler as yours permanently because every time the handler calls me "pard" I die a little inside.
Mhr combat is just an attempt to capture the magic of mhgu, but it doesn't have any of the charm or nuance of that game. I've played many mh games and Rise is all the way at the bottom of my list. I'm sorry that your friend started with Rise, his taste will forever be tainted.
Stop being dramatic, Rise was a great game in it's own right and helped bring more people into the series. His friend wouldn't even be experiencing MH at ALL if it wasn't for that game. Now he has a whole library of great titles to explore because Rise brought him in.
@@OTBASH Rise is still a watered down version of Monster Hunter, that is an objective fact. I'm not calling the game bad, it's just not Monster Hunter to me. It left a terrible taste in my mouth because the franchise is now at the point of trying to please the retarded masses, ergo, they're making it faster and easy so everyobody with the mental faculties of a Goldfish can play it aswell. Capcom is getting more and more corporate, now, all that matters to them is money and not the art like in every other big gaming company (as indicated by SF6). I want to play games where the lead developers put their own passion first and not the companys revenue. That is exactly why Baldur's Gate 3 blew up like that, it's authentic, it has soul, mhr does not compared to all the previous mh titles. It's not a complete corporate cash grab, but it indicates that they have started milking that cow dry and it has me worried for Wilds.
@@v.3T This whole comment reeks of dunning-kruger effect, what a cringelord. MHW has the most lifeless combat, probably the worst combat in the entire franchise just because of the clutch claw. MHR has objectively better combat, and no amount of cope will change that.
As for the handler reminding you about carving so late, dude, this was a first game for MILLIONS in the MH franchise, and it's so easy to get carried + so newbie friendly, there would be no surprise if people forgot to carve. I actually see new people forget to carve the damned target because they're busy trying to chat me up (999/999). New people (like streamers) just playing for requests or popularity don't understand theat grinding gear is a big part of the game yet or try to rush, so they'll forget carving smaller stuff can get you light materials. Like Shamos goggles are good early gathering gear, sharp claws are good for ammunition, and screamer sacs can be made into pods that trivialize Diabolos, and can trigger rage in Nargacuga/Yian Garuga. That last bit was from older games, but World made things easy enough and ditched some things (like Kushalaxs wind being supressed with poison) so as to render some of that knowledge obsolete with SOS flares that can summon high MR hunters from anywhere.
