In the absence of guns, the urge to hurt people doesn’t go away, it just means the violent people use another weapon - like knives. A lot of the people who are stabbing people aren’t natives, and this is a more recent trend that’s risen with the rampant immigration. The leaders in charge are too embarrassed to admit this is a problem mainly with immigrants because they’re the ones incentivizing immigrants to come over, so law enforcement has even gotten to the point of being publicly ambiguous as to the ethnicity of the criminals they arrest because of the disproportionate demographics. TL;DR: London has a lot of crime, and since there aren’t many guns the violent foreign criminals resort to knives.
