@@rinn9534 To be fair, the city was under attack from a bunch of Nomus. People were distracted. It's exactly why Stain was active at that time. Everyone was so focused on the Nomus no one was prepared to deal with him. He probably sent it to a group chat but Todoroki is the only one who noticed. Plus he was Midoriyas best friend and he's very loyal to his friends. When you need help right now, Todoroki will drop everything to be there for you. Combined with his long range quirk that kept Stain at a distance (mostly) and overall strength he was the ideal choice.
Anyone noticed that stain's side knifes actually have the design made for reverse grip? The blade and saw parts are at where the spine should be. Any knife experts please tell me more.

I think Todoroki is not the only one who have seen it but they were not in the city to help him. I mean they were at different place when the Hosu incident happened because of they're stage so they were not near Deku to help him maybe ?
