Quirk info:
Katsumi's quirk: Basically explosion, but is automatically comes out in bursts like fireworks.
Shinko's quirk: She can brainwash through phones and coms. She can also brainwash normally.

Minjiro's quirk: He creates acid that he can harden. He can then throw the hardened acid ball and when is lands, it creates a giant puddle of acid.
Tocho's quirk: For every ounce of blood of another person he ingests he can control their movements and possibly their quirk for 3 minutes.
