How r you doing amped elemental discharge after counter peak performance with a buffed shield. Every time i try it it makes an ultra elemental discharge instead.

This is one of the best guides for any weapon I have found. I'm trying to learn CB after maining Lance in MHW/Iceborne as I want to learn a harder weapon. Thanks for your hard work and nice editing in the video!

in the very beginning, you did the discharge that doesn't use all phials. I'm trying to figure out how you did that, what button combination is it, cause I don't see it in the hunters notes. And I can't seem to get it down.
I just wanna say that as a guy that picked up CB for the first time in Rise... (And was a solo longsword player back in PSP era. Which was also my last MH game.) All these advanced CB tutorials across RU-vid are very helpful now that I've reached my current level/understanding on the weapon... The CB is such a deeply complex weapon that it feels like there's no limit to learning and getting even better at it... And I'm grateful for the people that share their in depth CB knowledge.
I'm sorry, but at around 7:30 where you Counter Morph Slash, you have no phials but somehow shortcut the usual empty phial shake that accompanies the transition to savage mode. How did you do it?
This video has helped me so much more than other "expert" ones that just tell me specific combos to use and then handwave basic strategies by saying it "varies by monster" rather than talk about combinations of abilities and skills. I could figure things out decently well as a gunner for the guns and bows, but...I've always wanted to get better with Charge Blade, and this is the first place that has actually helped me achieve that!

Im new to this game, how do I make sure I do AED instead of SAED? It seems like every time I have my shield charged, my character defaults to doing SAED which isn't as effective at stunning the monsters
Hold the oposite direction your hunter is facing in the left stick (meaning if your hunter is facing left you have to press right, you got the idea) and press X while in the begginning of the animation of SAED, it will transform back to an AED.
I got here by reccomendation from the Kahlan channel and i gotta say: That was pretty good! Very concise and precise in less than 10 minutes. You got a new sub for sure :D
