Picked this game up a few months ago and have been at it, hella fun. Mostly Solo as not many plying on Xbox and more so for this beast with the social hub siege system...no clue. Just unlocked him so ima get my butt handed to me few dozen times before i come close to this.
if you can solo this dragon, you are amazing already. I can easily solo Fatalis, but damn this one is annoying and hard as fuck. It doesnt give you any opening, and even hard with 2 ppl. I dont even know how Til pulled this off 😅
The scaling only applies to Safi'jiiva's stats in the fight (stagger and break thresholds and HP mainly), it **DOES NOT** do anything to the energy draining requirements for the siege. It still assumes you're having multiple runs going simultaneously in the same session. Fortunately, as you see here, Safi'jiiva can only draw energy so many times in a single run, so if you really know what you're doing you can complete the siege yourself that way, though you basically have to be a speedrunner, otherwise you're looking at at least 6-8 runs or more to do the siege entirely alone just to burn through the energy drains.
@@1320Battery thanks for the reply! Makes sense now why when my buddy and I did it it took 6 runs... Kinda lame but i guess they didn't want to break the siege aspect of it. Too bad, hopefully people run it so our other buddy who's MR34 can enjoy some Safi!
Man i feel like my bud and i were garbage first try doing full energy duos. Maybe it was him aha tho killed it when finally switching to to my artillery 5 CB build, maybe ill try kjarr ice next time.
well yes but actually no. They halved his health, so its technically easier to get partbreaks and kills solo, but his attacks were in no way designed for solo play and he still has the exact same energy scaling, so running it solo will take you forever to drain his energy. You can technically solo him, but you probably wont see much success unless you're really damn good at the game. if you try approaching him like you normally would safi, he'll take you several hours to grind down. you need to beat him in basically 1 run, because his energy takes literal hours to take down.
