Yo, it worked ! So what happened with my scooter is I upgraded my scooter with downG app and I tried to reset it with mi home app. Error -14 kept popping out. Tried to reset with downG also didn't work. I've tried different region like Malaysia, Singapore, UK, even China to try pairing the scooter with the app. And YOU just fixed it ! So thank you very much. Not sure about next month if all of us can still use Russia as the region.
