Hello there, I have got a Xiaomi Smart camera C400 ( Model: MJSXJ11CM). It is bricked and continuously flashes orange light. Any solutions? Would appreciate it if you could suggest which software I should use. Tried many but to no avail.
Sir pwede po ba ipadala ko po sa inyo yung camera ko po tapos kayo na po mag ayos? Willing naman po ako magbayad if ever at ako na rin po sa shipment. Same issue din po stuck sya sa yellow light.
@@vidhunns no… only way is to take it to mi service Center and load the working firmware… lesson learnt that never buy Chinese product. Mi intentionally corrupted our firmware by placing it without our permission so that we will take it and spend money for service.
My camera stuck in yellow light after update software and had to removed it in my app hoping I can just reset and scan again but it cannot reset nor add iny app again, I need help😢
it doesn't work for me, i tried updating it, but it didn't finish after an hour, so I pulled the plug, next thing you know its stuck with the yellow light
Hello. this method solved my problem but after every power outage my camera stays in offline mode. and the orange light is constantly on. Have any of you experienced and solved this problem?
Yah. I just got a power off just now. Then this camera is "stuck". I brought it to configure on my desk, power it up with power bank. After done, I unplug and then plug back to the original location, stuck at orange light again.
@@ClementLee2000 I took it to the technical service. They examined it for 1 week and they said that the motherboard has a problem and they did not replace the motherboard. The camera is actually very high quality and functional. but excluding this bug. In this case, the device is completely garbage. 😔

@@procodermehedi is your device MJSXJ02CM or MJSXJ05CM? have you rename tf_recovery to tf_recovery.img and tf_update to tf_update.img? or try to use another SD card?
