Season 1 was the best. The worldbuilding was mystical and beautiful, and there were actual stakes. Threatening villains. The entire land could DIE; it's pretty heavy stuff for children... But that's what children need. Like Avatar the Last Airbender. After the first season they failed to make the plot serious; it just became another generic kid-friendly show, and season by season the art got worse. A shame. But season 1 will remain an underrated masterpiece.

The first season was really good! It had good villains, drama, and portrayed more new content, and also heavier, which was perfect, but then they started making the other seasons in a way that would be more aimed at children, and which also took all the animation out of it series.

It wasn't the animation that went downhill; it was the plot. It went from an epic, serious story in a distinctive fantasy world, like Avatar the Last Airbender, to a generic children's series. The first season is the only one I like; the second one is tolerable. The rest are not canon to me.
The producer don't want to give the show any more important so they just Ruined Mia and Me for it get over, Mia and Me supposed to exploited all is fully competence for a Magic world PUR power GOOD Vs Bad enemy Came to a Bad island with negatively power to EnD Centopia But they choose to mess up the show for keep changing company Label! So make sense for the show don't make any money, they not care Even do the show get over, they still get money for products it for TV!
The saddest thing is that since season 2, Mia and Mo have no relationship at all. First, the creators showed a few moments, and then abruptly changed direction… Suddenly there was a relationship between Yuko and Mo

En la primera temporada sí se enamoraron, pero en la segunda Mo se da cuenta que sólo la ve como una amiga y en la tercera Mo y Yuko están enamorados secretamente. ☹ En lo personal Yuko no me gusta y mucho menos me gusto que se quedara con Mo, Mia y Mo tenían más conexión, pero solo hicieron que se quedarán juntos porque son amigos de la "infancia" y eso es muy decepcionante. 😣

@Flawless_gaming1234 well it wasn't realistic how they handled Mia and Mo and Yoko, in season 1 Mia is ment to be 14 years old and she is madly in love with mo and in the finale they are almost about to kiss and it ends with them dancing together, then in season 2 Mia is somehow over him and wants Yoko and mo to be a thing ??? And I am sorry but being 14 myself, that is not how someone of my age would behave!
