His rap style isn’t unique yet he sounds better than everyone else that makes music like him. Fell off for a bit but I have no doubt he’ll come back. Hasn’t dropped a bad song in a WHILE
I honestly think part of it has to do with his voice and accent, along with his pronunciation and mannerisms. I've seen this debate somewhere on YT before, where someone pointed out that D Sav can make bars that don't rhyme sound like they do. His rapping style, although having "hood nigga" lyrics, is very proper and clean. And yet despite that, the clearness of his sound only makes the verse/bar hit _that_ much harder. As for being unique, I don't see anyone using his sped up flows or incredibly in-key intonations. Seriously, if you are reading this, listen to his last flow on "How Does It Feel" and tell me someone Else can or is doing that right now. This nigga talented he not just a keef clone.

@@silversmith333 Literally Every, Single, Syllable of that last flow is lined up and pitched *_p e r f e c t l y._* In a new generation of rap strictly focused on melodies and how things sound _sonically,_ who else can you say has the ability to do that other than 2016 Uzi or Possibly some baby-voice carti songs? Unique is an understatement, this nigga was given the Number One advantage that anyone in his career could have and all his peers seem to lack at this point. A literal God-tier sense of melody and (more importantly to rap) *rhythm.* He's just now reached peak performance, Trust Noone was his album to find his flow and really see what he could do (see "Everyday" and "Aint Nun Nice") but somehow turned out to have some of his best songs on it. The nigga is golden and as long as he drops consistently and stops capping, he'll blow up or atleast get Much bigger. sorry for the wall of text
sesh Trust None was a near trap masterpiece imo, it’s no DirtySprite2 but it’s definitely impressive to put it lightly. U know the nigga has talent just from how much he was scouted by A$AP and their affiliates. She ready is definitely his magnum opus even though most people overlook it in favor of Pill which is also a beautiful ass song too
