Hey Mike I see that view oof downtown every day going to work. Downtown does become vacant after 5. See a lot of homeless all around, the streets are really beat up. All the high rises going up for people with money to live in. Tons of income disparity here.
MIAMI VACANT AFTER 5? ARE YOU CRAZY OR JUST STUPID? PEOPLE LIKE YOU CAN NOT SEE PROGRESS, AND WHEN YOU SEE IT YOU DENY IT AND BLAME THE RICH, WHEN THEY ARE THE ONE THAN BRING PROGRES AND JOBS, WHHY DONT YOU TAKE A SHOWER AFTER WORK AND GO TO DOWTOWN AND SEE IT!! AND EDUCATE YOUR SELF A LITTLE
they really should nick name Miami the empty city. Milwaukee has more pedestrians and life to it. This is the bustling Brickell Miami boosters talk about? What was it like before? Good grief. And its not even the summer, so it will look more dead later.
Until a day or two ago, we've had temps near 90 in central FL. Also, what you snow blowers do not get is that we've got so many more options as far as recreation goes around our cities than most cities up north. Numerous beaches, lakes, rivers, springs, parks, year round sporting events, etc. Why would we want to walk around downtown during the day?
@@321gates im in california Where people enjoy being outside. And lets not compare our recreational options to yours. I mentioned milwaukee cause its a far smaller metro but looks busier. Its really really weird
@@SA-hz1rs So you used a city that you've probably never been to and where people can only walk around outside for 7 months out of the year ... I would love to compare our outdoor options to the country of California. But keep in mind that your ocean water is too cold to swim in, you have scorching hot ugly brown sand. you have very little freshwater to enjoy, boating/fishing is a fraction of FL's, do you even have a hunting season? You have mountains. That's about the only outdoor advantage that I can think of.
Atlanta is lightyears ahead of Miami: they have a real subway and way more ornate architecture. Tall buildings ain't everything, urbanism is what matters; in that regard, ATL wins.
