Despite not playing in 3 weeks, the Miami Hurricanes improved to 8-1 with a convincing 48-0 win over the Duke Blue Devils. Hurricanes quarterback D’Eriq King led the way with 248 yards passing and 3 throwing touchdowns, along with 46 yards rushing and a touchdown on the ground. Running back Cam’Ron Harris rushed for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win. ‘Canes wide receiver Mike Harley caught 2 passes for 105 yards, including an 89-yard touchdown pass. Tight end Brevin Jordan caught 4 passes, including a touchdown and running back Donald Chaney Jr. caught 4 balls for 81 yards in the game.
