Love Mic Cheque big time. The Witchcraft, black magic, occult stuff is real not just from the religious point of view but also African culture and even western culture. I have a friend in Ug his dad is a Knight (Papal Knight) and his mum was from a deep occult background. Not to get into so much detail but the mum died. Then after a while some guys did weird stuff and she was brought back to life and people in the area and family know it kabisa and it wasn't like a fake sleep death pretense thing. So their entire family is like in weird witchcraft stories and my friend who later on became a Christian even to the point of a pastor, then later on stopped pastoring for reasons known to him. He was always in misfortune...his family is like loaded rich but coz he chose to leave the family coz of the occult stuff he is a wreck. He is like 45 + and extremely brilliant and has amazing ideas but 2 major NGOs he founded died and he cant explain how, he has major top connections but he is super broke. No relationship he has ever had worked out and all of them end when almost at the point of marriage and to really gorgeous ladies. His life isn't just full of coincidences that make him fail, he is going through a lot from his past life. He has huge land and rentals in a rich neighborhood in Kampala but he can't even step there coz his brother and sister are there and always track his movements, so he moves houses always and even sleeps in weird lodgos where no one can visit him. And with his brains and age and connections when sometimes you speak to him, he sounds like a confused 18 year old straight from highskul with 0 clues about life...its just baffling.
