Top 3 lyricists I've been lucky enough to grow up listening too and got back into after lockdown and a 3 year relationship ending suddenly, always finds the words to make ya feel understood. GOATED.

Mic righteous is the realest uk. He's true to himself and what makes him good is that he doesn't rap about weed,girls/bitches,cars,money etc like all these other rappers who think they are gangsters, mic righteous is the man!

Mic Righteous I've been Litsenting to your music for about almost 2 years now and I wanna say your music is inspiring to me Keep doing what your doing changing the Art of music to thing that are real
All I can say is keep doing what you do, you're true, honest and a real man with principles and intellect to back it up... keep learning keep expanding your knowledge and keep an open mind, greatness is yours for the taking, don't fuck it up
Wow that was 6 years ago he was saying that wow that was cold and could feel everything he was saying bro, you hit the nail right on the head and it’s about time someone started saying it how it really is in this world, we need more of this 👌💪🏻👍🏻🙏
This is directed to sorankurdi, who deleted my post. Let's see you delete this... It doesn't matter if Mic Righteous has become an atheist (when did he stop believing in God btw?) - it's completely irrelevant. He's still making great music. You do know that Mic almost quit rap music at the end of last year? He made a song about it called "A Statement". He's also addressed how he views the industry in his "OPEN MIC FREESTYLE". Akala and Lowkey are unreal. They are two excellent lyricists and focus on completely different topics. Mic's, what, 23/24 and you're comparing him to two "legends"? I don't see the relevance in this at all. It's as though you're alluding to Mic selling out, but as far as I'm aware that's not the case. Ultimately, if you think this is average, then that is, of course, your opinion. But this, to me, is very good. Your post is out of sync IMO, and you've not backed your opinion with anything but a false premise.
I talked to him once in Brixton, and he doesn't and never has really identified with any particular religion. People just assumed because hes a bit tanned looking and has some political messages that he must be a Muslim. stupid peeps
Ayman J He does have the line... 'It would be wrong for me to pray to Allah, I shouldn't even be putting His name in this bar, you can't abide by Islam when you're raised by the dogs, and it was either take it or starve.' I'm not saying he's Muslim, I don't know or mind either way, but I'd say there's more evidence for him identifying with Islam than skin tone.
Can all 42 dislikes please please explain....why? Do you even listen to HipHop? Do you even like HipHop? Or what did Mic personally do to piss you off? Because this is flawless rap. This is art, this is poetry in motion. WTF are you haters hating on? Please explain your critique. Its baffling.
These bars are taken from On The Brink - Mic Righteous Prod. Zdot check that out, that's the original track, just if anyone wants to know where its from.
Not sure why this one has so few views. But it took me ages to find it after a few years! I’m searching mic righteous and it’s bringing up people like Jordan 🤷♂️
