From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesly and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

What a lot of people don't understand is that Ryan was a normal guy but Michael drove him crazy. Well Michael and Kelly. Michael calls him hours earlier just to get Michael breakfast. Michael every 5 minutes calls Ryan hot. Besides Pam Ryan is second person Michael makes feel uncomfortable in the office. He gives Ryan 3 times more attention than anyone else which should say a lot. Ryan let's Michael speak at his class and we all know how that turn out. The whole burn my foot on the George Foreman grill episode. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. This combined with Kelly drama and Ryan reading some of Creed's "blog". Why wouldn't Ryan go crazy and become a Jerk. Hell I would have snap too.
