Michael is one of my favorite singers but when he uses someone else's song I don't like how he makes it a little too different. If he didn't change it that much I might like it more. The music accompaniment was great though.
I love Bobby Darin but seriously, Ella, Louie, Buble and even Robbie Williams all nail this song. There is no reason at all to diss any of them. Not fond of Lotte Lenye's version, it is a totally different vibe.
Yes , this is definitely Mr. Darin's song , of that there is no question . I like Louis`s version , I love this version as well as Ella's version , the Frank + Dean version and of course Bobby Darin's version . All it proves is what an extremely well written piece of music this is that so many different people can record it , put their own touches to it and have people fell passion about the music , (after all isn`t that what music is supposed to do) that takes extreme TALENT .
