This stuff most definitely works I've trained in this and with this man. He is very good....btw that dead arm block hurts every time he does a seminar in our school I can't use my arm for a couple weeks...

Master Mike knows his stuff. He's an excellent martial artist and instructor.

BJJ instructors over the past few years gave been showing these exact same techniques (especially stuff like the prayer block and standing ude-garami) as if they have always been practising them regularly and are representative of their art🙄 Thanks for showing the Master in action... it's good to see the original and the best.

at 1:45 in, if someone has you in that choke, just step back as you grab the opponents wrists and pull them off you, no one in the history of mankind has anyone been choked standing up like that, the attacker has to pin you against something for that choke to work, a wall a floor or whatever, go ahead and try it. studied kosho ryu kempo jujitsu for years, and then a soke demonstrated what im saying here, really weird why no one said this works before but there you are, no drama's
