So gracious, a truly classy guy.

The man was 87 years old at the time of this video. The man is still sharp as a tack and ful of life. Just great!

As a huge Star Trek fan I can't help but think highly of him. But he's an amazing actor. Really surprised he wasn't much bigger than he was.

He was certainly drooled over playing "Apollo" in Star Trek by this lady. Just saw that again today! And the end where he was crying over Carolyn's rejection of him - he was so real I was sobbing too! Great scene in a very memorable episode of my (still) favourite sci-fi series.👽

I had the honor of playing tennis with Mike & the gang for a number of years on a Van Nuys tennis court in the 90s. He told me the same story of standing near the bad guy and it got him noticed. Didn't know about Casablanca - I have to see it again and watch for him. Great guy.

I had no idea he was up for the role of McCain in The Rifleman. Loved him as Apollo in the original Star Trek. Very talented actor.

I’m really struck my how good an actor Michael Forest is. Other than the indomitable Commodore Decker, this is the best guest acting I’ve ever seen on TOS. And he was again stunning in Star Trek Continues.

Excellent interview. I've always enjoyed BEAST FROM HAUNTED CAVE (1959). I didn't know one of the actors from that film, Michael Forest went on after to do STAR TREK & so much more. What a great career & life Michael Forest has had. Love listening to him talking about working for Roger Corman 3:00
