I've watched other videos in which people like Bobby Luisi and Mikey Scars believe Michael cooperated, but it all depends on their personal definition of the word cooperation. Sammy defines cooperation as simply speaking to the government and Michael defines it as speaking to the government but putting no one in prison because of it.
