This gives me chills. Hearing his Powerful uplifting words "these are the worst of times and these are the best of times". "Let us dream of the full flowering of a new collective consciousness". With the whole speech - his words and the way he says them, he paints such an uplifting picture of keeping your head up thru struggling times. He paints an image of wanting a brighter future. After all the shit going on in the world - COVID, wars, economic collapse it's so beautiful and refreshing to hear a song like this. Only can be done by the one and only MJ. How much we need him with us now!!!! ❤❤❤

He could’ve gotten him. He had the princess of Monaco in In The Closet. They were good friends. Michael went to Africa after Nelson Mandela was free from prison.

@@makhtar6029nelson Mandela believed in his innocence. They were friends long after the allegations came out. He even sent a speech to Michael’s funeral and a letter to his family.

I think Come Together was placed on the album not just for musical reasons. Consider the theme of tne album and how closely the composition accreditated to Lennon & McCartney resembles a Chuck Berry composition.
