Ms. Britt - you hit the nail on the head with Mr. Ioan's MJ vibrato - but he ALSO has Mr. Jackson's "vocal fry" on the "I used to dream" verse, as well as Mr. Jackson's "hard breath exhale" on certain phrases. I don't know how this singer does it! He perfectly replicates Mr. Jackson's voice and vocal mannerisms - and, as YOU pointed out, in such a high register! @BrittReacts , this was season 6 of The Voice Romania in 2018 and Bogdan went on to win . You should check out another were the judges went crazy when Matthias Nebel auditioned on The Voice Germany in 2018 singing Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses . Another you should try is 15 year old Josh Richards on The Voice Australia singing The Jackson 5 - I'll Be There in front of judges Joe Jonas , Kelly Rowland , Delta Goodrum and Boy George .
You would like the young English singer, Harriet, who sounds much like Karen Carpenter. You could react to Harriet-Home(Michael Buble cover) or Harriet-Grown Up Christmas List. She is amazing.
yeah he sang great but he sounded nothing like Michael, I wish people stopped comparing him to Michael like saying their voices are identical. He sounds nothing like Michael, though he tries. There are other people who come very close to Michael's voice like Jeffrey Perez, he's the closest to have ever achieved the Michael Jackson voice. Nothing comes close. And this dude is mostly ok, but not even close to the judge's reaction. But since in Romania, fake drama sales like hot bread people think everything they see is true.
Don't get me wrong...this dude is very talented...but he ain't MJ. Michael was perfect on damn near every take he did. I watched a video of him doing studio work and he was always on point. So much so....he was probably a nightmare to work with in studio as he was a perfectionist....but he produced gold.
