When he was married to LMP, she told him to just stop that whole image thing because it wasn't working anymore and to just be himself but he wouldn't do it.  In spite of all that, I still think it's terrible how he was completely dehumanized by the media. Regardless of his mistake by inciting the attention of the media, their subsequent behavior toward him was/is awful.
