I watched this live. I cried then and I cry now. I hate death. I miss people that I've lost terribly. I'm terrified to lose people that I love. What's crazy is that it's them or me. It's part of life but I still hate it.
I remember watching this live. Was so powerful. There will never be another Michael or Stevie for that matter. It's just a shame now that one of my favorite Stevie ballads will forever be linked to this funeral.

OMG I can't stop crying watchig this. Michael was so beautiful inside and out, and I am so sad that he's gone. Everybody keep saying that I should be happy that he has his new found peace. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for him, but I'm saddened because I feel that he left this earth feeling that he wasn't loved or appreciated.He didn't deserve it, it just makes me sad.

@reesesncreme Sounds like Stevie was expressing his own feelings about the corrupt people in the music industry who probably didn’t pay him what he was/is worth years ago. Because Stevie Wonder is at the epitome of music entertainment in voice, song, and instrument. This song is expressing what many of the entertainment stars felt but were afraid to say about Michael’s untimely death; they knew he was killed and they were hurt and mad. Stevie sung the hell out of this song that touched my spirit!!! I cried like a baby and had to pull myself together even today. There will never be another Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Stevie Wonder as well as Maurice White even though his death was by natural causes, we think. Stevie is still with us but when he is gone, we will miss him too.
Beside that Stevie Wonder is a music genious, his voice is full of energy and feelings, that brings tears in one´s eyes. His voice is "trembling" here from sadness, but he´s trying to avoid it !!
I'm glad God Almighty took MJ away! "To die is gain", the Bible says. He's gone to rest from all the troubles and the deeds of the wicked people of this world. If God hadn't taken MJ away, those wicked people would not let him be. See what they have done in leaving Neverland, if he were alive they would be very mean to him. The principalities and powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world, of the music industry wanted MJ to commit suicide. They wanted his legacy and all he worked for tarnished and ruined. God did not want MJ to experience all that anymore and He definitely did not want MJ to commit suicide so he used the situation to take him home. He plays beautifully and sings equally strong. GOD has blessed us with a “Wonder” in Stevie Wonder!!! He was made to sing!!! He; Michael Jackson; Earth, Wind, and Fire; and The Isley Brothers are the top selling more hit-making artists of all time in my book. They cannot be replaced nor duplicated!!!
OMG! Three years later it still feels like he just died. I am still heartbroken. Out of all the celebrities that came and gone, Michael was the first one that I mourned. He was 1 in a million. Stevie did a great job. I got so emotional. Especially when he performed TWGWIG. Michael have left a galaxy size whole in the music world. The memorial was worthy of the king that will ever be MICHAEL JACKSON. RIP
In those moments, I thought I couldn't stay at more songs, because my heart was broken in pieces, in a hundred pieces; and then came Stevie, his voice cracking with emotion as he called out his friend's name during the song, and I cried, I cried like I never did before. I miss him so much, and I do know that in your heart he's still alive, with or without a God.
