Alternate timeline: Mind Your Business, originally written in late 1981 by Rod Temperton and Co-produced by Jackson, is the runner up track that was in consideration for Thriller. Recording started immediately after the New Year at Westlake Studios in studio A. Just like other unreleased material, this was discarded as suggested by Quincy Jones stating that he doesn't want to open the album with a slow song and that it would barely chart on the R&B Hot 100. Despite it being discarded, it was ruled in favor of then Carousel, and now Human Nature. It was reworked heavily during the Bad sessions with it being an up tempo beat. That's when it was evolved into Leave Me Alone. It was finally released on the CD version of the Bad album in August 1987. The single would be released in 1989. On Jackson's birthday August 29, 2023, Mind Your Business would be leaked by Michael Staple, aka, MaxieDaMan. You are truly a gem my guy 😊

In addition, "Mind Your Business" sounds like it would have been recorded for the album, from the mood of the song to Michael's infamous "oohs"---he especially loved these during that era. Great job. I think this is the best AI creation I have heard for an artist. Side note: Although I do enjoy the "Girl Is Mine" on the THRILLER album, I think "Mind Your Business" would have been a GREAT replacement had it been a contender for the recording sessions. Imagine how the album would have been with "Mind" on it.

I think this sounds much closer to Michael Jackson than many other AI assisted songs. Well done! But I think if this was aimed more at a later era, where Michael Jackson was actually facing more public scrutiny, like the Dangerous era or HIStory era, I think it would fit more.

I can't count how many times I've come here to listen to this😄It's that good😁It even reflected what I had to deal with, in terms of being absent from RU-vid when I've only been taking a break or focusing on editing stuff that I plan on uploading to my channel.
