Everyone knows Michael Jordan; but not everyone knows that he loves motorcycles. Jordan’s love of motorsports began before he entered the NBA, but when he signed his first contract he agreed to stop riding because it was too much of a liability. But his passion remained. Michael Jordan loved the sport so much that in 2004 he created a motorcycle racing team called “Michael Jordan Motorsports”.

For those who don’t understand Jordan Suzuki was finishing 3rd a lot against full factory teams that’s unreal and also the 2 winning everything at the time where Ben spies and Matt mladin who where the 2 best riders in the planet and everyone else was racing for 3rd the fact that air Jordan Suzuki was getting podiums against full factory backed riders is insane that’s a win in itself

The fact that Jordan knew he couldn’t go down by the riders after his team won just shows where his intentions were! It’s more about the love of the sport than a personal accolade. He really doesn’t need or want anymore spotlight. The goat! Always and forever!!

Jake Zemke was the rider that won. He’s a good dude, met him back in 2005 in Colorado.

One of his rider's for a period of time was Jason Pridmore. During that time Jason was also running his STAR Motorcycle School. MJ attended a few of them and I had the opportunity to meet and spend a bit of time with MJ. Best moment was flipping him off as I passed him thru a turn. He had a big grin when we came into the pits. Cool dude!
