Sell it to a developer for maybe $7 million dollars, which should still be a profit for michael, and the developer can build several smaller homes, each for several million dollars and make a good profit.

Let’s be realistic, NOBODY is buying that house to actually live in it. Maybe tear it down and build an actual home because the cost of upkeep alone even for a wealthy person is absurd. I know some people buy big mansions (like Rick Ross) but they have to venture into many businesses to keep that big cash flow coming in. Then when they suffer loses like a bankruptcy, divorce, child support, lawsuits etc the home is the first thing the bank takes.

I'm sure not selling it is not hurting MJ's bank account. Nor is the upkeep cost. Also, who the heck wants to buy a home in Chicago with those taxes? He should make it a museum or something. Make it a stop for tourists when they go the garbage state of Illinois. Since the Bulls have been garbage for years now too - no ballers to put in bids they could easily afford. People are leaving Illinois, not joining. haha

I live in Highland Park. Michael Jordan's mansion is overpriced that is why it has not sold. At 14 million reduced prices that area it is still overpriced. If it was on the lake than Mabie, but not where it is at. It worth 8-6 million, even with the square footage.

Maybe MJ’s house could be an Air B&B, or a private resort. It would also make a good backdrop for movies or photo shoots. It could be used for elaborate weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries or other events. Turning it into a basketball campground for inner city and special needs youth would also be great. 🏀✨

@@DjJokerr I would imagine if they did go down that route they would probably take anything that wasn't attached to the floor or walls etc to sell to make extra money before opening it to the public 🤔. But at this point ten freaking years later & the mansion STILL hasn't been sold?? MJ may as well just take the lost and donate the thing to a better cause. It's not like he is hurting for money! He needs to just let that shit go 😕.

I never understood the celebrity taste in their homes and how they furnish them. This house is so very stark blah looking on the outside, it resembles an office or a clinic. The inner furhishings are the same. It's not homey at all, doesn't look lived in what-so-ever. I couldn't live in a place like this. Apparently nobody else could either!
