He wouldn't have accomplished his purpose if Tate had accepted him as his child. Because in the house he had found a semblance of a good positive attitude. It was the way Tate reacted that deeply broke him, he wanted so much to have a father... He really wanted to be loved and be a good person. In the end he looked for his "father" in Satan.... Sad story
Update: 6 times before returning it to the library when they opened their drop box again. Plus I bought a red t shirt with a lovely rendering of Michael on it done by an independent artist. And he's got long hair
Here's part of a poem I wrote, entitled "Apocalypse (An Ode to Michael Langdon)" "Such sweet surrender to sin/ With you over and over again/ Eternity by your side/ Oh your power cannot be denied/ Useless to even try/ You are my apocalypse/ You captivate me so completely/ You are my undoing/ You destroy me so sweetly/ There is no fire/ That burns as bright as my desire/ There is no power but yours /That consumes me more/ Your name falls softly from my lips/ Ave Satanas forever Michael, you are my apocalypse " by Cathy A.

Just a totally off-the-wall thought popped into my twisted brain...using a couple of phrases Ms Venable said sounds like an excellent name for a punk band : Festering Pustule & the Canker Pus Monsters. Okay...I'm done.
