The boy in the ‘Sleeping Child’ video was so cute - a son of one of the video staff. There was a good atmosphere during the shoot. We were sitting around a “fire” made of lights and just played along with the song. We think the video is great and it has been quite an emotional video to us. This song always will remind me how when I come running back home from playing with my friends my mum would be playing this on the stereo player while washing the dishes and gives me the sweetest smile. This song, among countless others by this band, is so melodically satisfying that it compels you to embark on a vacant search for something remotely rich today. The sweetness in the music is reminiscent of the Carpenters. I have grown fonder of the two over the years.

My English teacher played this song in the class when I was in 8th grade and she asked us to interpret the lyrics of the song. Such a beautiful meaning this song holds. Listening to this wonderful song remembering my carefree and peaceful school days. Wish I could turn back the time and relive those golden days again.
