Unlike the 1978 mask that was a modified William Shatner mask, the 2018 mask was created from scratch to resemble Michael Myers but, as a result, lost all "Shatner-ness", unfortunately. This is the problem with almost all custom "classic" Myers sculpts, especially in 1/6 scale.

Thanks! I have been at a pretty steady 4 minutes 30 for the last couple videos, and It's just what they worked out to. Same as this. I feel like it was a little more simplistic of a build so I didn't want it to get boring, but I also was surprised how short it came out. Maybe I'll look into giving shots a little more time to breathe in future videos. Thanks for the feedback!

I said the same thing as you when I saw this video 1 year ago. I said, "oh my god this has to be a horror character, I think it's a great movie"... and I watched the whole Halloween series this year. i have to tell you, it was the best slasher movie of all time...

I watched that a while ago, and rewatched it recently. It looked so good!

Casting in resin usually is to utilize the translucent properties for skin tone. That only happens on the skin around the eyes on this one, but still helps get a realistic look easier. And I chop up or melt down the previous sculpture. Been reusing the same clay through all of these videos.
