as the film is misinterpreted by many because they dont see the Gus Van Sant vision as an artistically movie director doesnt mean it sucked..believe me when i say The Avengers sucked in comparisson to the minimal approach of Van Sant and i do love Michael Pitts musical skills especially as the troubled character as Kurt Cobain...my hat off for mr Pitt,seriously
