If he literally thinks that it and it’s not him joking around, he doesn’t know that other people can have a sense of when someone’s lying. Therefore he thinks everybody needs those 2 things to to tell when someone’s lying.

My favorite is a blooper. They filmed Steve, singing, "Chili's baby back ribs!" The way he sings it is so funny, the other two actors could not keep a straight face. He does it a few times until he sings it in a way that enables the other actors to get through it.

Ironically,That moment from Take Your Daughter’s To work day in which he said he wanted 100 kids so he could have a hundred friends was the first time I LIKED Michael because I saw how needy he was, didn’t make me laugh at all, but was quite memorable
