I know I’m improving my family asked what I wanted for my birthday I can honestly say I didn’t want anything genuinely. So I got them to give the money they would have spent to charity. Wow. Genuinely didn’t want anything I realised I have everything I am so fortunate

Also not everyone lives that way all the time. My girlfriend really wants to travel and I told her what’s the point and that I would be okay if we did or didn’t and if I was with her or not I would be okay . It’s getting weird to navigate relationships with this state. For me I really got into drugs and diets , getting famous with music and instrgam all of this stuff because I was so anxious inside . I got everything I wanted and I felt even worse inside . I got into drugs heavily and finally decided to give up . I was done and just surrendered . It didn’t work and never will so now I don’t use escapism I use acceptance and I felt one with the universe and continue to come in this state . Peace of mind

Jai Guru Dev, Jai Masters. Jai Guru Dev is a traditional Hindu phrase that means Glory to the Great Teacher (the most accurate translation would be glory to the shining remover of darkness), where the great teacher here is generally considered to be the Divine Soul, while we, as human beings, are considered the individuated Soul. Jai Masters means Glory to the Masters, some of whom Singer refers to at times.

If you listen to Michael enough I believe he says self and consciousness is the same thing. Can you exist without self/ consciousness? “What we are looking with is what we are looking for.”

I don't often choose clothes to be okay. I often choose clothes based on creative decisions. Where is creativity in all of this?

Creativity comes from the Soul, from the Seat of Consciousness. Choosing clothes based on creativity is exactly where you want to be. Kudos to you! Mickey probably doesn't talk about this enough, the times when we get it right!

I guess dressing creatively purely for self expression as supposed to recognition. When I get dressed I try check my thoughts and I find that I have in mind what whoever will see me might think of it. Even one such thought let's me know that this is what he is talking about.

Can one surrender the pursuit of “okay-ness” yet still have goal-directed behavior ? If so, what motivates behavior if not focused on “okay-ness?” And isn’t attempting to open to Shakti still seeking “okayness?” (Like having a preference for letting go of preferences .) I do love Singer’s question to ask oneself, “What is it that’s governing the state of my mind ?”
