❤❤❤ HUMILITY IS the act of Not closing. It is the Allowing of our emotional experience without judgement or labeling, without projection, blame, justification, etc. I have found that I am able to keep that openness through activating a feeling of Curiosity or having a strong desire to know and experience a thing for the sake of purely experiencing it so as to gain the experience as a real reception of truth (pure information).
This is so true…. closed my heart at age 5 when felt rejected and abandoned by my mother… since then every relationship with another human has ended up in feeling rejected… thank you so much for this talk. 🙏🙏🙏

What happens when you don’t really know anything about this “love” of which you speak? The terms God, Love, etc make my skin crawl. I was badly abused and have shut that out and don’t really know what this is you say I am expected to “feel”. I’ve been in a war all of my life. You want to see closing habits, come visit this dude. My internal friend we named the Incredible Hulk. I don’t trust much at all. This life experience that is being shown to me has been quite the shit show.
Well, the fact that you are here listening says a lot. I understand what you mean and have felt that too. But the fact that you are here means you are actively searching for a better way to live. Just keep going and practicing, I will be doing the same.
Singer might say you’re off to a good start because you’re aware of what’s actually going on in there. I’ve been practicing these teachings for about 3 years now, and this lesson here is finally starting to sound relatable. Up till now it’s been a wild dance being awareness and space to fear and desire while letting go of grief, guilt, and shame.
I love the other comments here, and I wanted to add one more really practical thing. My dog taught me a love I’ve definitely never felt before. Highly recommend a pet if you are able. Is it normal for stuff to come up at a VERY FAST pace when you start working on this ? I feel like it just keeps coming to the point where you don't feel like yourself anymore
@@rickimichelle2742 everyone is different. there is no hurry, so no need to overdo it, just take it at a speed you can handle. Not feeling like your "normal" self is the point of this. you might discover your true self!
@rickimichelle2742 yes that is normal who we think we are is exactly who we are not. Trust the process and continue to surrender. I am doing the same. Fears do come and the ego tries to talk you out of it... but just as in nature, the source knows best, just surrender to it over time.
