Even though the title of this group says book group: facebook.com/groups/michaelsinger I don't think they specifically discuss the book (not like a book club). They discuss Mickey's talks, people ask question, etc. That's the only one I know of.
I had to do a presentation the other day which I totally bombed. They are tough for me. I lost my track of thought and left the audience wondering. Some I could tell even wanted to laugh but didnt. I could've totally rocked it but something happened to me again. Its been tough for me to deal with that these past few days. It feels like a failure on my part. Can I ever overcome this?
Yes, you can absolutely let this go. It may not be all at once, but every time the feelings come up, relax and allow yourself to feel them and don't get into your head about them. You want to feel this and let it pass right through you. You are a very high being. Lean into your Seat of Consciousness and simply watch your personal self feel the painful feelings that come up. You will discover that the pain doesn't actually last that long (some say only 90 seconds). You got this!
