I learnt a great technique to re balance n centre n it’s actually using the cats purring skill n why they do it and you’ll see that the tongue vibrates on the roof of your mouth n it stimulates the pineal gland i think ?? But either way try it n it’s a soother that re centres your thoughts! my 10 yr old granddaughter taught me that as she’s been raising over a few hundred cats on this cat farm here n she knows each name n colour n age of these cats she turned into one

The depression that I suffer from is always with me and I wish it would go away because it’s from losing the treasures that I had on earth and although I don’t think there’s inherently anything wrong with having investments and properties and money, my happiness must have come from Having those things because when I lost them, I became depressed and my and drug addiction and regret came into my life. how do I put them in my past and move forward? I keep going back to 2016 and asking myself why I did a particular move that was a domino effect in bringing everything down. I thought I’d moved beyond that but the second bout of depression in 2024 prove that those thoughts are still inside of me. They are also tempting me to use drugs again to get some kind of relief.
