And therefore everyones basic need. It's our natural inner compass for a beautiful and happy life with each other. And not accidentally synonymous with 'human'ity and its evolution towards social intelligence!♥️🕊️

The more I realise the inherent Love of my being the more I feel out of place almost everywhere I go. This talk helps me remind myself that I'm very ok and don't neeed to fit in with everyones drama.

Loneliness is a modern epidemic… not a good idea to blow it off with words about how “we are enough”… as though longing for community and companionship is some kind of problem. Spiritual bypassing!

Micheal usually leaves out the part about how hard it is to relax while in pain/anxiety, and once started how much scary stuff comes up. This work is deep.

"im trying to get it the way i need it to be to feel okay" - ahhh the first 10 mins just sums up everything you know you do and you can't fully clear out in words why you do it. When you're in love, you dont worry about disapproval from anyone else because loving them is enough to make you feel good. But when you're not feeling love, you try to do or control things that dont matter or worry about external things because you're not okay inside.

Geepas - cut to the chase for goodnesses sake. Basically hes saying we need to learn emotional regulation. We need to feel to heal, to become more in tune to notice when stuff affects us and not store it. The issue i see is that if weve been abused etc we dont like feeling. They are the things we try and stay away from. It is a huge commitment to learn how to stay in our bodies when we are being triggered back to for example a 7yr old but it is possible to learn. A feeling lasts 90 seconds unless we perpetuate it with our thinking. Its a long road but worth it

It is possible to live like he said but it isnt the easiest way of life, it is for most of the people very hard to be gratefull for everything. I can understand what he is saying now because I had to go true the worst...like living hell on earth. I try to look at things diferently but it is not so simple

I’m not sure why teachers say we don’t have soul mates. The day life is a dream or game and in the same teaching will say we have no soul mates. Yes we do . Well whoever choose to play that role. We still need to purify our needy love, but not their isn’t a soul mate. In ultimate reality nothing exists. Otherwise, I fully resonate. Thank you 🙏🏽

In some cases removing ourselves from situations or people has nothing to do with a lack of love or not being okay. Sometimes these choices actually come FROM love. Take the example of a person who chooses to leave an abusive relationship or someone leaving the room when a person is yelling and namecalling. In these cases we do not remove ourselves because we are not feeling okay, but because the treatment we receive does not align with our selfworth.

I love Mr Singer but please could someone tell him to slow down a bit. Sometimes I am struggling to catch his words and I know they are priceless so plz request him to slow down so that Indians like me can get the full benefit of what he is sharing so lovingly 🙏

I often feel sad because I'm going nowhere and feel that the people around me are mindlessly following the crazy wheel of people in power. They seem blind to intelligence and seem to prefer social games. They also like blind positivity. None the less I also realize that my issue is more me than them. They can do what they want. It shouldn't be making me sad. My main issue seems to be with my inability to let go of what how I perceive things should be vs how they've ended up. I seem to be seeking others praise, popularity, control, and other things that I know won't solve my issues. I feel like I let go of such petty concerns once, but am finding it very hard to do so right now. I had more support in the past, but I shouldn't need it.

Stop trying to get it to be the way you need it to be so you can feel ok wow

I have had some thoughts listening to Michael Singer lately about what he says about the moment in front of you having nothing to do with you, and how that fits in with ten latest consciousness theories and quantum physics, for example Tej observer effect does have a real influence on an outcome of an experiment. I get it that it’s not personal but I’m struggling to grapple with what he is saying and what other people are saying about simulation theory etc

I wish I could keep up with how fast he talks. I'm really interested but can't understand most of it :(

I can't stand it when he says the pur lives (moments) have nothing to do w us. There are laws (which are laws bc there is solid proof) - assumption, reflection- that prove our lives are formed by our thoughts/feelings/beliefs. God creates us to create. To create love, experiences, and the life we desire.

The only thing thata true here is talking about removing. 21:01 blockages/needs and moving up to your higher center. Desire is not a 4 letter word. We are built w desire - for air water love joy...and hes basically saying to want these thinga is wrong.

8 minutes in You didn't talk about the third Chakra, and how that is our power center. And you talk about love a lot and how you're not okay and you need something to be a certain way to be okay. You didn't talk about the root chakra! You didn't talk about self-worth. You didn't talk about how the root Chakra. Is our stability a job money coming in that stability of not being homeless? That is the root Chakra of self-worth and how that root Chakra can get blocked. You didn't talk about that. You didn't talk about money you talked about? Oh I love you. He loves me. We're a happy family. Let's do whatever because I love you. You can't get to love. How can you get to love if you're not paying your rent? How can you get to love if you're homeless on the street unless you're homeless and you want to be homeless? And you like being homeless, then everything is fine and Dandy! But as far as I know, in the plane that we currently live in, most of us need money to pay the rent. Unless you're a child. And you have somebody else pay the rent for you. Or maybe you're an adult child...living with mommy at 45. Or ha e a mental illness and you're maybe 40 years old, and you don't have a job and you're disabled. Get SSI. But you don't pay rent because your mommy pays the rent for you. but you don't pay the rent. And because you don't pay the rent, you don't need to worry about going homeless. You don't need to worry about working to make $4000 a month as a single person. Because you got mommy, paying the rent for you Somebody else pays it for you, so you don't have to work for the money. Why is it that you don't talk about money and paying rent? Why is it that you talk about love, but not about money? Do you think people should be homeless? Do you think people should not work? Do you think everybody should just live on the street and say oh. I love everybody. It's a wonderful day to be homeless because I'm so in love with everything. I don't need to pay my rent. I'm okay with being homeless." Because that is the vibe that you are sending me! Because most adults have more, then, just rent unless of course. You're disabled and you're on SSI And you don't have a car... Because you can't afford one. So you don't have to pay for gasoline? And you don't need to pay eighty dollars a week in gasoline, because you're not driving anywhere because you don't have a car. you live with Mommy and daddy. You failed to mention the need to have mone Because we do not live in a barter Society, How sad to think that you think we do live in a barter society and you think we could pay everything with love, but unfortunately, this is Earth, not heaven and people need to work and I don't wanna be disabled. Nor do I want anybody taking care of me and I'm p***** that some people. Live with Mommy and daddy. And they don't have to work, they get off fucking scott free.
