Relax, release, let go 🤍✨” The highest thing you can do with your life is to make yourself, so that every moment that passes in front of you is better off because it did. You lifted it, you smiled, your served, you did something to raise the energy as it passed by you. That’s the highest life you can live. You become a servant to life instead of serving yourself.”🙏🏼✨
Way too many ads in this. I’m at 4mins and 3rd ad… Luckily I’ve heard this one before. All these talks are available on his website with no ads easier to listens
Love hearing Mickey! He makes it SO clear. Hey by the way....Relax & Release....where was the picture taken that is on this video? Is it the US? I love it! And...Thanks for shaing this recording.
This may seem silly, but how then do you do things like decide how to decorate your house or what to eat or what movie to watch? That stuff isn't just going to happen... or are these instances where we get to use preference but just don't get upset if it doesn't go the way you wanted?
Life is supposed to be “fun or funny ?”. If a person gets in a car accident and is now disabled, is that fun ? There are countless experiences like, an abusive boyfriend, having cancer, being bullied in school or in your community and the list could go on and on. How is a person supposed to deal with these things and let it just flow and look at them as being funny ? It’s probably easy for a person that doesn’t deal with these things on a daily basis to say what he’s saying in this video. I get what he is trying to get across but sometimes life just isn’t that easy to be able to implement this method.
I think I understand that it's not : looking AT Bad things thinking tey're funny, but rather looking at the opportunity in front of you with a conscious smile inside your head from knowing you have a choice on how to Take it... Maybe that helps a bit?...
A person, personal sense of identity aka ego. Will not find that fun. But if you disidentify from that little rascal you will be able to accept all experiences as just that, experiences. It doesn't matter what "happens" to you. You are that you are. And your everlasting core of being does not suffer anything ever. Whenever you are in suffering or victim mode, you can be sure the ego is at play.
You might be helped by Viktor Frankel, he had the possibility to live in holocauste time as a juish and wrote some interesting thing about living in extreme situation!
I understand this question. I love Michael's teachings and I think I know what he means. They inspire me. But the examples of a wedding or the traffic or the weather miss some of the really very difficult experiences some people go through. Even if you can see the learning ('the gift') in cancer or in being estranged from your children or not being able to feed them, or living in the streets or ... all of these are very, very hard to take on a daily basis. It would be good if Michael would talk about those things every now and again, and show the way to relax and release. We're not all like Viktor Frankl.
Those situations are not easy. What Michael Singer teaches is to start with the smaller things and over time you learn how to better deal with the bigger things in life. You definitely cannot change that those things happened.
