Allow, observe, love, trust - effortless action, appearing as passive nonaction. Let go and let God 🙏🏻 be in the world but not of it. You "do" as you are. Who are you? Life is doing you, you are not doing life. Love to all beings

You remember when Michael said relax your butt and stuff like that? Yeah do that cause my butt was hurting yesterday when I was trying to let go 😂😂 but hopefully I let go enough idk I had to get up and walk away when I was in the chair cause it was too powerful . I gotta research techniques on breathing cause I be feeling like i be holding my breathe when I try to let go and not be fighting it 🤦🏻😂

Funny you mention this because not until I came upon him and his direction to LITERALLY relax the muscles in the body did these lessons make an impact on my life. I had no idea how much tension I was carrying in my body all day and how it impacted/reinforced the stress. At first it was just the day to day stuff but soon the deeper, more traumatic stuff came to the surface and I had enough practice at that point to relax even in that mental anguish.

@@jenmdawg Good work. I have been doing the relax and release for months, and I started feeling Shakti moving, it is subtle at first and gets stronger. I have had anxiety, PTSD, and depression most of my life, a few days ago I started feeling joy I have never felt before. ❤️Gratitude

Start by realizing that what you think of as "letting go of myself" is not who you are. You are a very high being. You are Awareness. What you are letting go of is the personality that was created when you encountered things you couldn't handle. You are not letting go of yourself. @@IsMise1111 Over the years, you’ve encountered things you couldn’t handle and rather than deal with them, you pushed them down and they created blockages within your personal self. These blockages are what’s tying you down. When things happen today that touch your blockages, you still don’t want to deal with them, so you push them farther down and they get bigger. This is how you release the blockages: 1) Notice when your blockages get hit. You’ll feel a disturbance when they are hit. Notice it and notice there is some space between the event that triggered your blockage and your reaction to the event. 2) Next, relax. Relax your face. Relax your shoulders. Relax your butt. Wherever you may be tightening, just relax it. 3) Maintain your Seat of Awareness by realizing that you can watch the disturbance and you can watch the play of energy without letting your attention be drawn into it. You are Consciousness. Try to maintain your awareness within your Consciousness. You don’t have to jump into the details of what is happening. Jumping into the details just feeds the disturbance with your attention and your energy. Just be aware that the event/disturbance is occurring, but don’t pay too much attention to it. 4) Lean away from the disturbance and lean back into your Center of Awareness, It’s almost like your leaning away from a punch and letting that disturbed energy flow right past you. When that disturbed energy flows past you, you are releasing blockages and you are untying the anchor. Start with small annoyances like a driver in front of you going too slow or a rude waiter. Soon you will realize you are actually letting go of some of the bigger blockages. You won’t be perfect at it. But you’ll get better. Every second that you are able to remain centered in Consciousness, you are releasing blockages. Meditation teaches you to remain centered in Consciousness. In meditation, when you are centered in Consciousness, you are releasing blockages. If your mind wanders a thousand times during meditation every single time you bring it back to center, you are releasing blockages. Sit with this awhile and let me know if you have questions. I am one of the god dudes who invented humans with self-aware minds. Before humans with self-aware minds, we created other animals without self-aware minds (no “I”). They were fun for awhile, but boring. They were always OK. They never asked, “What am ‘I’? Where did ‘I’ come from? Why am ‘I’ hear? Am ‘I’ prettier than them?” We created humans for fun, for our joy, entertainment and pleasure. They have not disappointed us.
