Great-grandson of Chef Auguste Escoffier, Michel, likens the unique feeling of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts as one of belonging to a family. He explains that his great-grandfather would be extremely happy and proud of all that is being done in his name, as he was very proud of having taught over 2000 chefs himself. The contributions of the school proves that the name is alive and well.
